Registration Form

If your beliefs align with ours, please complete the online registration form below. Our administrator will then send you an enrolment package.

Enrolment Process

  • Families must complete the online application.
  • We will then forward the enrolment documents to you.
  • We will set up a school tour to make sure that we are the best fit for each other.
  • Once it is determined that Slatepencil will be an ideal community for the child and family, the child will be accepted to enrol.
  • All enrolment documents need to be handed in. No uncompleted submission will be accepted.
  • An enrolment fee, registration fee and the first month’s fees must be paid in order to guarantee your space with us.

Note: School tours can be arranged by appointment only.

2023 Availability

We currently have one space for a 2 – 2.5y old and one 3.5 – 4y old for the 2023 school year.

General Admissions Policies

The school year generally runs from the second week in January through to the second week in December. We generally have the same term dates as set out by the Department of Education. The school fees are for a year based on four school terms, and does not include holiday care.

2023 School Calendar:

Term 1 11 January – 24 March

Term 2 12 April – 23 June

Term 3 18 July – 29 September

Term 4 10 October – 13 December

Additional info

Spaces that become available during the school year will be filled from the Wait list. If no wait list exists, the school will advertise open spaces through Facebook or on the website.

All admission and enrollment forms must be completed and accounts must be current prior to your child’s first day of attendance and/or the first day of the new school year.

The school retains the right to make decisions regarding enrolment and classroom makeup and placement based on the needs of individual children and/or the larger school community.
